I’m Gill Oliver and I’m the director of M & O Virtual Assistants. I have over 25 years of experience as a PA/Secretary to CEOs and Directors of blue chip companies and am also a past Marketing Manager for three software companies, specialising in Facilities Management. I have also spent some ten years within the NHS, both as Nurse and on the administrative side so am very experienced in this very specialised environment.
I am a great believer in positive thinking and helping others and I believe totally in going that extra mile to give a service second to none that will take your business to even greater heights of success. I am passionate about customer service and giving the customer what they want to the very highest standard possible. Customer Service seems to be a dying art and I want to resurrect it and prove to the commercial world that it is not impossible, however big or small your company. Where would we be without our customers or clients? Nowhere! So we have to look after them. This is my mission - to look after the customer! You are my customer / client and I will do everything in my power to look after you and your business, to nurture it and your customers, to give the very best possible service.
