Costs, Terms & Conditions
Our pricing policy is simplicity itself. The standard charge is £25 per hour but we would like to tailor the package for you, so if you would like to retain us on a permanent basis, then retainer rates are available and we would be more than happy to discuss rates with you.
Travelling time (where applicable) will be charged at the standard hourly rate plus mileage at current recommended rates.
Fees are payable within 14 days of date of invoice with acceptable methods of payment being cheque, cash or bank transfer.
A booking form will form a confirmation of a job and should be agreed and signed by the client before any work is carried out. Any amendments will be agreed and added to the original booking form.
The client accepts full responsibility for proof-reading of completed work. Any errors by M & O Virtual Assistants will be rectified free of charge provided we are notified within 48 hours of submission of work.
